ORDERING & PAYMENT

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD transactions are available for orders up to ₹49,999. PAN card details are mandatory for billing amounts exceeding ₹2,00,000, in compliance with RBI guidelines.
DISCOUNT VOUCHER & GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Discount Voucher or Gift Card can be used on the WHP website. To avail of the discount, customers must provide a valid coupon code or physical voucher at the time of purchase. This voucher cannot be combined with any other existing discounts, promotions, or special offers. Additionally, the voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Any remaining balance after applying the voucher must be settled using accepted payment methods, including e-wallets, credit/debit cards, or cash. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. All standard WHP terms and policies, including returns and refunds, continue to apply. The use of vouchers is subject to WHP’s rules and regulations.
WHP reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at its sole discretion. Each voucher is valid for single use only.
Gold Monthly Scheme Policy
Our Gold Monthly Scheme provides flexible tenure options of 11, 17, or 23 months. Customers can begin making purchases from the first day of the 11th, 17th, or 23rd month, according to the selected tenure. The tenure is calculated from the date the scheme commences, and customers must complete their purchase transactions within six months of the maturity date.
Upon completing the scheme, customers will qualify for a loyalty discount, which will be applied to the final invoice. The discount benefits vary based on the type of purchase. Customers choosing bullion purchases will receive a discount equivalent to 60% of one installment amount. For gold jewellery purchases, the discount will be 75% of one installment amount, while for diamond jewellery purchases, it will be 100% of one installment amount.
This scheme applies to website purchases. The loyalty discount cannot be converted to cash or transferred. WHP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the scheme at its discretion. Customers can visit the nearest store or contact our customer support team for further details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are committed to ensuring that all orders are shipped within the estimated delivery timeline mentioned during checkout. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or regional restrictions may impact delivery times. Customers will be notified of any significant delays via email or phone.

Please note that custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are processed only after a thorough quality inspection of the returned product. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
VIRTUAL TRY-ON

TRY AT HOME

The number of pieces available for trial is determined by our customer care team based on availability and location. Jewellery must be handled with care and returned in the same condition. Any damage may result in additional charges. Try at Home does not guarantee product reservation, and availability may change. LIFETIME EXCHANGE & BUYBACK
As part of our commitment to quality, we offer a lifetime exchange policy on select jewellery pieces. The exchange value will be calculated based on the current gold rate. Customers opting for buyback services must note that deductions for making charges, taxes, and other applicable fees will be applied as per company policies.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
